We are seeking an experienced and licensed massage therapist to join our team as a Relaxation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional massage therapy services to our guests, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and attention.

• Deliver high-quality massage therapy services to our guests, tailoring each treatment to their individual needs and preferences.
• Develop strong relationships with our guests, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations for their wellness journey.
• Work collaboratively with other therapists and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, treatments, and outcomes, using this data to inform future improvements to our services.

• Licensed massage therapist with a minimum of 12-18 months of experience in a high-end resort or urban day spa environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding guest expectations.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice massage therapy, and a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology.

• Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
