Physical Therapy Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at CommuniCare Rehab. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Verify client information and review medical history to ensure accurate treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and collaboration with Physical Therapists.
  • Provide education to other team members and family members involved in the treatment plan.
  • Help clients improve their quality of life by compensating for limitations and promoting independence.

Qualifications:
