Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Quantitative Analyst to join our team at Eateam. As a Senior Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and developing predictive models to drive business outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. Your expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning will be critical in driving business growth and profitability.

Additionally, you will compose technical documents for knowledge persistence, risk management, and technical review audiences. You will consult with peers for guidance as needed and translate business requests into specific analytical questions, executing on analysis and/or modeling, and communicating outcomes to non-technical business colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, including 6+ years in data science, machine learning, quantitative analytics, quality assurance, and data management roles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Mathematics, Operational Research, Data Science)
  • Experience in training and validating statistical, machine learning, and other advanced analytics models
  • Proficient in Python and Knowledge in R, SAS, and Tableau
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data
  • Ability to write code that is easy to follow, well documented, and commented where necessary to explain logic (high code transparency)
