Key Responsibilities

The Director of Finance will be responsible for coordinating all general accounting activities in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and fiscal management activities appropriate for non-profit companies and the health care industry.

They will also develop and implement internal controls, assure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, and prepare financial reports and statements for management and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, communication skills, and analytical skills, with the ability to work harmoniously with staff and seek out new methods and principles to implement into existing practices.
