Salary
The hourly wage range for this position is $38.50-$50.00*.

Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the optical center, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and proper inventory levels. The supervisor will drive sales by assessing economic trends and community needs, modeling customer service approaches, and enforcing company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience OR 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience. High school diploma or equivalent is also required. Additionally, current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules is necessary.
