As a key member of our team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree) preferred
- CPR certification
