Job Title: Clinical Nurse Coordinator, RN

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator, RN to join our team at Excela Health. This leadership role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

About the Role:

  • Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and respectful work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork among healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans that meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and mentor registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal performance and skill development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs to enhance the overall quality of care and reduce medical errors.
  • Develop and conduct educational programs and training sessions to promote evidence-based practice and improve staff competencies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, staffing, and budgeting, to support the efficient operation of the department.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals through clear and concise verbal and written messages.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum one (1) year relevant nursing experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical information systems.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
