Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and extend the lifespan of our assets.
    • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Property Care
    • Maintain the exterior and public lighting of our properties.
    • Clear gutters and downspouts to ensure proper water flow.
    • Repair structural wear and damage to buildings.
    • Care for lawns, plants, shrubs, and flowers.
    • Clean parking areas, sidewalks, alleyways, hallways, and common areas.
  • Appliance and Equipment Maintenance
    • Service appliances, equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential systems.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of our assets.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation
    • Pick up trash on property.
    • Clean garbage areas.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Able to bend, kneel, stand for lengths of time.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • High school education or equivalent.
    • Experience
      • Minimum three years full-time maintenance experience.
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Good safety habits.
      • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
      • Familiarity with HVAC systems and various appliances.
