  • Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with the public and customers.
  • Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, unstructured environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing donation patterns and inventory levels.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety regulations and practices.
  • Willingness to learn forklift operation and maintain certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
