  • Optimize staffing in branches using workforce planning tools and set expectations for branch staff.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual production goals, including building referral networks and relationships with internal partners and external contacts.
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to enhance employees' skill sets and achieve personal and branch goals.
  • Represent Citi and build partnerships in the community to drive sales and outreach activities.
  • Verify adherence to operational requirements through regular audits.
  • Lead hiring processes, performance management, compensation, communication, and employee evaluation of branch staff.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience required.
  • Previous experience in banking or finance preferred.
  • Sales management experience preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
