Job Summary

Accede Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the operating room. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective conduct of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist surgeons and other medical professionals in the operating room to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments to ensure proper function.
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care to ensure a smooth surgical experience.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to implement sterile and aseptic techniques to prevent infection.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest surgical procedures and technologies to provide optimal patient care.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Completion of a surgical technology course, certificate program, or comparable experience.
  • Recent OR scrub experience.
  • Certification from the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST) is preferred and required post-hire within 18 months.
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
