Requirements
  • Engineering/Technical degree from an accredited program or 2-year technical degree in a related field with 3 years of applicable engineering experience
  • 0-2 years of professional engineering experience
  • Exposure to project management concepts, which may be essential for certain assignments
  • Basic knowledge of Lean principles and their application
  • Ability to assess process concepts and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at various levels, including production, engineering, and management
  • Proficiency in common office automation, communication software, tools, and engineering-related software
  • Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to apply engineering expertise to resolve issues
