Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and monitor data quality metrics for master data
  • Ensure security and privacy regulations are met
  • Develop and implement change request processes for master data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements
  • Perform assigned duties in accordance with professional standards
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in data management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • CRCR certification or willingness to obtain within 9 months
  • Expertise in Ensemble IQ products and SQL, Microsoft Products, Excel, Access, and Canva
  • Experience working with real-time data integration (HL7) or managing daily file intake processes for software solutions
  • General understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM)
