Key Responsibilities- Design and develop electrical systems and processes to meet business objectives
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on manufacturing and process optimization
- Experience with manufacturing control systems, including PLCs, variable speed motor drives, and HMI systems
