Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: Administer medication, monitor patient medication compliance, perform treatments, and respond to emergencies providing emergency care and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Assist Healthcare Staff: Investigate and document problem areas, review shift reports, and assist physicians with medical procedures.
- Lead Clinical Authority: Serve as the lead clinical authority on site in the absence of the HCA, QIC, medical director, and/or advanced level provider staff.
- Administrative Duties: Attend meetings, schedule multidisciplinary team meetings, and perform or assist with inventory and ordering of medical supplies.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
