About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Reach Therapy Services LLC. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral skills training and reinforcement plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • RBT certification in Arkansas or ability to recertify in Arkansas quickly
  • Previous experience working as an RBT
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including home, school, and clinic
