About the Role

Go Maverick Group is in search of a seasoned Lead Systems Analyst to become a vital part of our innovative and agile IT support team within a manufacturing-focused organization.

This position demands a comprehensive approach to hands-on administration and code enhancement across various systems that facilitate the daily operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Engage directly with end users, engineers, and executive personnel to assist with strategic system enhancements.
  • Expand automation across systems and modify system code and backend reports to meet the daily operational needs.
  • Report directly to the Director of IT, taking full ownership of the maintenance, upgrading, and expansion of critical systems.

Work Environment

This role necessitates your presence in the office five days a week due to its collaborative nature and strategic significance.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining, customizing, and supporting systems within a manufacturing, engineering, or product development context.
  • At least 4 years of experience in SQL reporting and support/development.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in VB.NET support/development.
  • Experience in writing and troubleshooting API calls between various systems.
  • Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems.
  • Experience in supporting and customizing ERP platforms.
  • A strong aptitude for learning new platforms and development languages.
  • Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with legacy platforms (iSeries/AS400, etc.) is a significant advantage.
