About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Obstetrics team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with obstetric specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Obstetrics department
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge plans with the healthcare team
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocols
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with obstetric specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Minimum one year of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
