  • As a Senior Project Development Manager, you will provide expert construction management services, guiding projects from initiation to completion.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • An essential aspect of this role is developing and implementing project schedules, aligning with business objectives and client expectations.
  • In addition to project management, you will assist with client relationship management, fostering strong partnerships and delivering exceptional results.
  • This position requires providing leadership and oversight to team members, promoting collaboration and driving success.
  • As part of our business development efforts, you will contribute to identifying new opportunities and growing our market presence.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and have at least 7 years of experience in design/construction. Holding a Professional Engineer (PE) License is also required.
