Compensation Analyst Job Description

Compeer Financial is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering our compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive salary ranges and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, classification systems, and salary structures.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to analyze and recommend compensation packages for job offers.
  • Design and administer variable compensation programs, including short and long-term incentive plans.

Requirements:
