Competitive Hourly Pay:

Earn up to $47/hour, plus monthly incentive bonuses. We offer hygienists a guaranteed elevated hourly rate, similar to a dentist's daily guarantee. This allows you to earn competitively while building confidence and abilities, with the potential to reach monthly production incentive bonuses.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a current RDH license holder (or a new grad awaiting licensure) with an active CPR certification. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to meet you. The interview process includes an initial screening call, a clinical discussion with our VP of Clinical Services, and an on-site paid interview with patients.
