We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities to join our team at Services for the Underserved. As a Caregiver, you will provide habilitation services to clients with intellectual disabilities, assisting them with daily living activities, skill development, and medication administration. Our team is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for our clients to thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide habilitation services to clients as prescribed in their service plans
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing
  • Administer medication to clients as assigned and in compliance with management, medical, and nursing policies and procedures
  • Report any observed or known deficiencies or inability to provide habilitation services to clients, as well as all types of abuse and other facility problems, to management
