About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at Parking Management Services. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Arrival and Departure: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, assist with the check-in and check-out process, and provide information about the hotel's amenities.
  • Luggage Assistance: Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly, and offer assistance with carrying luggage and provide information about room features.
  • Valet Parking: Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles, safely drive and park vehicles, adhering to company and safety standards.
  • Guest Services: Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions, respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest services, relay important information about guest preferences and special requests.
  • Safety and Security: Monitor the entrance area for any suspicious activity and report concerns promptly, adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
  • Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Preferred, but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
