Job Summary:

We are seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital. The successful candidate will develop and conduct individualized therapy programs for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing impairments.

Responsibilities:

Conduct subjective assessments of patients' speech language abilities
Administer objective tests to assess patients' communication assets and liabilities
Evaluate and adjust individualized patient programs as needed
Consult with the Program Director and Rehab Physician/Medical Director regarding patient assessments

Requirements:

Masters Degree
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Adult acute care experience
