Opportunity for Groundskeepers/Porters

The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the capability to follow instructions, ensuring that common areas are kept tidy and contribute to a positive first impression of the community.
Key Responsibilities of a Groundskeeper
- Maintain cleanliness by picking up trash and debris throughout the facility and grounds.
- Replace bulbs in common areas and outdoor lighting fixtures.
- Ability to move large items such as appliances and furniture.
- Conduct exterior and interior maintenance touch-ups in common areas, including stairwells and hallways.
- Deliver office correspondence to residents' doors.
- Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
- Physically manage tasks such as painting, pressure washing, and leaf blowing in breezeways and parking lots.
Qualifications for Groundskeeper Position
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- A strong work ethic characterized by reliability and dependability.
- A willingness to assist with various community projects.
- Enjoyment in collaborating with others and taking direction when necessary.
- Capability to lift 40-50 lbs.
- Maintain a friendly demeanor and a customer service-oriented approach towards colleagues and residents.
