- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales strategy development and execution.
- Experience in sales forecasting, sales operations, and territory development.
- Strong experience in food service sales, broad-line distributor relationships, and broker sales.
- Demonstrated ability in account management, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
