Job Summary

We are seeking a full time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team at Treasure Hills. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and high-energy team, providing great care and building effective therapy programs to enhance patient recovery and potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and develop appropriate plans of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness, and modify services in relation to patient evaluation and referrals.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system, and maintain patient records according to company policy.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels, including new graduates.
