Job Summary

At Banfield Pet Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client care and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and friendly experience.
  • Patient Flow: Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with associates and clients, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Care Coordination: Coordinate the care of clients and pets, influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage finances, maintain accurate balances, and perform administrative functions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: One year related experience required, with customer service preferred.
  • Medical Background: Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.
Working Conditions

This position requires special hours, including working weekends and evenings. You will be routinely exposed to a variety of pets and may be required to work in a fast-paced environment.
