Job Summary

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care to women in labor and those who have recently given birth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to women in labor and postpartum patients, including assessments, interventions, and education.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, and take appropriate action as needed.
  • Administer medications and perform procedures as ordered by physicians.
  • Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and postpartum hemorrhages.
Requirements
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • NRP certification
  • AWHONN Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification
  • Current RN license in the state/district
  • 3 years of L&D experience
