We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Attorney to join our team at Wagner Oehler, Ltd. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, estate administration, and real estate law.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling real estate closings, supervising support staff on real estate files, and communicating with clients about plans for dispersing their assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks
  • Managing client invoicing and billing records, setting up meetings with clients, and completing tasks
  • Advising clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
  • Ensuring compliance with law firm systems and procedures
  • Requiring an undergraduate degree with a legal background and a Juris Doctor degree
  • Having a wide range of knowledge regarding real estate-related topics such as title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation
