Job Title: Web Infrastructure Strategist

Location: Waltham, MA

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Infrastructure Strategist to lead the design and lifecycle planning of our complex global web infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, build activities, and operational efficiency supporting our internal and external applications.

About the Role:

  • Create and implement web technologies based on integration for global standards, data classification, and data privacy according to regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure web security controls meet internal and external audit and compliance requirements.
  • Develop best practice techniques for the web environment, supporting an automation-first mindset and mentoring the team in these activities.
  • Evaluate and certify web technologies, while assisting in the management of vendor relationships and the definition of vendor product feature sets.

Requirements:

  • Strong development background, extensive architecture experience, and technical leadership qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns to build highly scalable, highly performant, highly secure web applications.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Web Services, APIs, JSON, and XML technologies.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in working with code versioning tools.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
