Venice Suites is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Room Attendant to become a valuable member of our team. The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest accommodations, hallways, and additional designated areas, while adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of both team members and guests.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by property-specific protocols.
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times, providing personalized service to hotel guests.
- Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members to ensure a seamless experience.
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms to meet company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Complete cleaning tasks within the timeframes established by management.
- Adhere to company policies regarding room amenities and supplies.
- Promptly report any lost items found in guest rooms to management.
- Ensure the security of master room keys, returning them at the end of each shift.
- Report maintenance issues that require immediate attention.
- Assist with laundry services as needed.
- Support fellow team members and departments to enhance overall departmental performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The role involves frequent walking, climbing stairs, and performing various physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 20 lbs. Exposure to cleaning agents is expected.
