What We Seek: Here’s what you will do when you join our team:

  • Assist in assessing patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
  • Conduct routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families on recommended treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety; take appropriate corrective actions

Qualifications: If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to connect with you:

  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credential obtained prior to hire or transfer
  • High school diploma or GED
