About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Atlanta Addiction Medical. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals battling addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group services for clients with substance abuse disorders and a variety of presenting problems in Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient settings.
  • Conduct client intakes, screenings, and referral services.
  • Prepare treatment plans, write SMART goals, and objectives.
  • Complete initial and concurrent ASAM reviews.
  • Collaborate with other staff and case managers to initiate and maintain complete up-to-date client records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active LMSW, LCSW, LCP, or LMFT to practice in Georgia.
  • Previous experience with the treatment of substance use disorders and common co-occurring disorders.
  • Previous experience in IOP, PHP, detox, or residential strongly preferred.
