Counselor for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

At Vinfen, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. As an Overnight Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal.
In this position, you will work closely with our clients, their families, and our support staff to develop and implement personalized care plans. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, providing physical support, and assisting with daily living activities.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to our clinical team.

What We Are Looking For:We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with vulnerable populations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You must be able to pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, and driving record check.
