Home Health Care Nurse Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Nurse to join our team in our Egg Harbor Township, NJ office. This role involves providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes throughout Atlantic county.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make home visits to clients living in designated territories.
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
  • Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical Manager and Client Services Manager.
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
  • Perform client assessments as necessary.
  • Case management and coordination.

Requirements:

  • A current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of NJ.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable experience as an LPN.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
