**Dietary Clerk Role Overview**

First Atlantic Corp is seeking a skilled Dietary Clerk to join our team at Seal Rock Health Care. As a Dietary Clerk, you will play a vital role in assisting patients/residents with menu selections, stocking serveries, and inputting dietary information into the computer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist patients/residents with menu selections and ensure accurate dietary information is entered into the computer.
  • Stock serveries with necessary supplies and materials.
  • Print out patient/resident listings daily for the cooks and cut menus for the next day.
  • Tally completed menus and update with any menus turned in late.
  • Compare turned in menus to patient/resident listings to ensure all menus are returned.
  • Make changes to menus and in the computer as necessary.
  • Work the meal line and assist with evening meal preparation.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Student, High School Graduate, or General Education Degree (GED).
  • No prior experience necessary, we are happy to train you.
  • Able to work scheduled shifts and commit to being there for your team and Residents.
