About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controller to join our team at Cascades in Pryor, Oklahoma. As a Senior Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial data, analyzing operating cost performance indicators, and contributing to our plant's decision-making process.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and complete accounting for inventory quantities, capital assets, and operating costs.
  • Analyze and interpret operating cost performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Disseminate relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Contribute to our plant's decision-making process.
  • Support our sector's management in improving business processes.
  • Maintain an effective control structure to minimize business risks.
  • Apply best practices in accounting, financial management, and sales.
  • Supervise financial analysts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of related professional Managerial Accounting experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with high proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP software.
