**Job Title:** Instrument Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrument Production Specialist to join our team at Eastman Music Company in Neptune, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
  • Assemble simple to sophisticated instrument parts and components with high precision.
  • Use hand tools as well as machinery that is manually or computer controlled to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and participate in problem-solving activities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Consistently meet production, quality, and attendance requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Technical School and/or factory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold highest standards for quality.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
