Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor throughout the transaction with a donor, ensuring each donor is greeted and asked if they need assistance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized donation area as donations come in.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to donor inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve donation center goals and objectives.
