- Assist residents in their daily living activities to promote independence
- Observe and report on residents' health status and any changes

- Act promptly in emergencies, adhering to established protocols
- Uphold the confidentiality and privacy of resident information
- Facilitate resident-centered activities and social events
- Encourage social engagement and support residents in fulfilling their needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community operations
- Perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
Must fulfill State training prerequisites
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Nursing Assistant (CNA) is mandatory
Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment is preferred
