We are seeking a skilled RN - Wound Care professional to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Per Diem RN - Wound Care, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment, providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide wound care services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct wound assessments and develop treatment plans to promote healing and prevent complications.
- Provide education to patients and families on wound care and management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
