Our salary range is highly competitive, starting at $30.65 per hour, with potential increases based on previous nursing experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing nursing assessments and initial plans of care within 8 hours of patient admission
  • Orienting and educating patients regarding hospitalization
  • Documenting in the medical record according to established policies
  • Maintaining current knowledge of medication policies and practices
  • Completing medication administration safely and accurately
  • Demonstrating a working knowledge of DSM IV diagnosis
  • Managing crisis situations effectively using positive approaches
