Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to patients, including evaluation and treatment of speech and language disorders, swallowing disorders, and video fluoroscopy swallowing studies.

• Assess patients' swallowing, speech, and language functions and develop comprehensive care plans to restore function and enhance quality of life.
• Perform evaluations and assessments within 48 hours of receiving medical orders.
• Develop and implement individual therapy interventions to improve patients' communication and swallowing abilities.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to identify patient goals and expectations.
• Provide education and support to patients and families on speech and language disorders, swallowing disorders, and video fluoroscopy swallowing studies.

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence - American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
