We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at our brand-new Gilbert location. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of cleanliness to brand standards, ensuring that food is executed with the highest quality of both taste and appearance, and demonstrating team service throughout the shift in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide the highest level of cleanliness to brand standards
  • Ensure that food is executed with the highest quality of both taste and appearance
  • Demonstrate team service throughout the shift in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read tickets and execute any modifications requested
  • Execute best practices to include proper cooking and holding temperatures, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
  • Accept direction from Management
  • Ability to spend long hours standing and walking
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
