Memory Care Specialist

About the RoleThis part-time position requires a highly motivated and organized individual to provide personal care services, medication assistance, delegated tasks, housekeeping, laundry, social-recreational activities, and other tasks as needed for resident well-being in our Memory Care unit.
Key Responsibilities- Delivers resident services as outlined in the resident's assessment and service plan, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, medication administration, and providing assistance with daily living activities.
- Assists with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup.
- Performs laundry services, including washing, drying, sorting, and putting away resident's laundry.
- Stays informed about resident conditions through regular reading of the staff communication book and short-term monitor book.
- Works closely with supervisors to complete daily assignments and task sheets.
- Follows established protocols for incident reporting and maintains compliance with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Holds a valid HCA or CNA License.
- Communicates effectively in English.
