About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Employee to join our team at Phoenix Ventures in Hamburg. As a Terminal Operator, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating container transports, recording incoming container orders, and handling damage cases and customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and arrange container transports to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Coordinate with internal customers and freight forwarders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Prepare customs documents and check IMDG documentation to ensure compliance
  • Process LCL customs inspections and plan container unloading
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Professional experience in the import sea freight sector
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of concentration
