Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and empower volunteer coaches to conduct practice sessions that emphasize fundamental skills, development, and enjoyment.
  • Instruct and exemplify core principles, including values of sportsmanship.
  • Oversee the overall management of the designated sport during game days.
  • Exhibit a consistently positive demeanor and exceptional customer service abilities.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in sport-specific coaching.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while resolving issues.
  • Ability to assess situations effectively to ensure player safety.
  • Positive outlook and a strong capacity for building professional relationships.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and some evenings throughout the season.

Each franchised location operates independently and is responsible for local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other employment terms.
