Key Responsibilities:
As a Capital Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing and coordinating capital projects within the mill, focusing primarily on mechanical aspects.
2. Providing engineering support to maintenance and operations teams to address mechanical challenges.
3. Developing project scopes, justifications, cost estimates, and engineering designs.
4. Managing project budgets, schedules, and collaborating with consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Ensuring that all projects adhere to safety standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- A minimum of three years of experience in an industrial environment or equivalent experience with project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
