Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pest Management Specialist with an earning potential of $60,000 to $90,000.
At Terminix, our Pest Management Specialists are essential to our operations, delivering exceptional service to our valued customers within designated territories.
Daily Responsibilities:
Equipped with a company vehicle and top-notch industry training, you will visit residential clients, performing pest management treatments and providing outstanding service.
Additionally, you will have the chance to offer customers additional products and services, creating opportunities for commissions on top of a competitive base salary.
Key Duties Include:
- Applying pesticides to structures following established schedules, safety protocols, and label instructions.
- Responding promptly to customer requests for service calls, both via phone and in-person.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to sell additional Terminix products or services.
Qualifications for Success:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
- While prior industry experience is beneficial, key attributes include:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer interaction.
- Self-motivation and a robust work ethic.
- Ability to effectively communicate information to customers in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Basic math skills for calculations related to sales and service.
- Comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces, such as attics and crawl spaces.
- For safety reasons, facial hair must be kept to a minimum to ensure proper sealing of safety equipment.
